Heidi L. Heinrich has devoted her legal career exclusively to family law since 2005. Licensed to practice law in Texas since 2004, Heidi has spent more than two decades helping individuals and families navigate some of life’s most difficult and emotional legal challenges with skill, honesty, and compassion.
Heidi represents clients in all areas of family law, including divorces, suits affecting the parent-child relationship, modifications of prior orders, enforcement actions, child support matters, and complex custody disputes. Her practice includes both high-asset divorces and smaller estate matters, and she is experienced in handling both straightforward and highly contested litigation. Heidi regularly represents clients in jury trials and is known for her strategic advocacy, practical guidance, and dedication to protecting her clients and their children.
In addition to her litigation practice, Heidi also serves as a mediator, using her years of courtroom experience and extensive family law knowledge to help parties resolve disputes outside of court when possible. She values practical solutions that reduce conflict and help families move forward in a productive and healthy way.
As a longtime member of the Central Texas family law community, Heidi values the professional relationships she has built with fellow attorneys, mediators, mental health professionals, and members of the bench. She believes professionalism and preparation are essential to achieving meaningful results for clients both inside and outside the courtroom.
Outside of her practice, Heidi is married to Kyle Christian. Together, they have three adult daughters and are proud grandparents to three grandsons they absolutely adore. Heidi and Kyle also have a blended family, giving them a personal understanding of the unique challenges and complexities that divorce and co-parenting can create for parents and children alike. That perspective helps Heidi approach family law matters with both practical experience and empathy for the families she serves.
Heidi and Kyle are also incredibly proud of the team they have built over the years — many of whom have worked alongside them for nearly a decade or more. Their office culture is rooted in loyalty, teamwork, and treating one another like family. In their spare time, they enjoy traveling and spending time boating on Lake Travis with family and friends.
